Strong Organization Culture Photo One of the reasons why the business practitioners are enthusiastic about implementing the organization culture cause it has the ability and strength to improve cohesiveness. The organization can be a powerful tool to unite the employees and department with various subculture. Important role of organizational culture is becoming dominant when the environment in which the organization operates become more sophisticated and concerned organizations are confronted with disintegration.

Formal mechanisms actually be used to prevent the disintegration, but they are considered expensive and often ineffective. So, strong organization culture become the most effective tool to create a social cement for the internal members of the organization. It is then important to create the communal organization that is characterized by high socialibility and solidarity levels amongst its members. This organization can become like a big family where all members have the same responsibility, share many considerations for each other, shared many other experiences, remind each other when thing goes wrong and protect each other when external threats occur.

There are 5 characteristics of local culture:

1) The employees show a high level of commitment that may even become overly concerned about the existence and identity of the organization. All members usually try to identify themselves with the identity of the organization.

2) The live of organization is mostly full od many types of ceremonies and rituals to improve togetherness and pride in the organization where they work.

3) The level of solidarity between employees is usually shown by their willingness to share the primary risk if the organizations is confronted by a crisis that is an usual situation threatening the core values of the organization.

4) The solidarity between the employees is also shown when organizations try to accomplish a particular goal or fulfilling its missions. For this reason, many organizations describe their vision and mission statement in their lobby with big letters on the wall.

5) Employees have the abi;ity to recognise who is friend or foe, and whatexactly their strengths and weaknesses. They also know who is their enemy and what to do to win.
